Living in sustainable connections is probably one of the most challenging but equally beautiful things we can choose to do in our lives. We will get the chance to look at various puzzle pieces regarding our communication and conflict styles and patterns, that make us and our relationships so unique and likewise challenging.
Let’s take this workshop as an opportunity to challenge the way we practice relationships in our life. We will get the opportunity to look at 3 essential parts of any good relationship: effective communication, understanding conflict and conflict resolution & accountability.
